Cancellation Policy
Board Games Together – Venue Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following policies: 1. Booking & Deposit A deposit of $80+tax is required to confirm and secure your booking. Your event date and time are not reserved until the deposit has been received. Full payment of $ 378+tax is required 24 hours before the event starts This includes: 1- Renting out the entire venue 2- Each person gets 1 beverage and 2 menu items 3- Unlimited access to games for the entire event time The $80 deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. The deposit compensates for holding the date and turning away other bookings. A full refund of the deposit will be issued as long as the booking is not cancelled and the venue is returned in good condition, free of any significant damage If the venue must cancel for any unforeseen reason, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. 2. Capacity Limits Private Room / D&D Room: Maximum 8 participants. Entire Venue Booking: Maximum 20 participants. 3. Decorations Policy All decorations/Business Banners must be stand-up or free-standing only. No decorations may be taped, glued, pinned, or attached to any walls, furniture, or surfaces. No tape or glue of any kind may be used anywhere inside the venue. 4. Food Guidelines No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the premises
