Cancellation Policy

Board Games Together – Venue Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review the following policies 1. Booking & Deposit  A deposit of $80 is required to confirm and secure your booking.  Your event date and time are not reserved until the deposit has been received.  Full payment is required 24–72 hours before the event starts  Deposit refunded/adjusted after the event depending on cleaning or damage assessment.  The deposit will be held as a damage/cleanup deposit.  The $80 deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. The deposit compensates for holding the date and turning away other bookings.  If there is no cancelation and the space is left in good condition without major damage or heavy /deep cleaning needs, we will issue a full refund of your deposit  If the venue must cancel for any unforeseen reason, a full refund of the deposit will be issued. 2. Capacity Limits  Private Room / D&D Room: Maximum 8 participants.  Entire Venue Booking: Maximum 25 participants. 3. Decorations Policy  All decorations must be stand-up or free-standing only.  No decorations may be taped, glued, pinned, or attached to any walls, furniture, or surfaces.  No tape or glue of any kind may be used anywhere inside the venue. 4. Food Guidelines  Outside food is allowed but must be dry and easy to clean.  Please avoid items with dripping sauces or liquids that may cause stains.  All Drinks is sold in the house to ensure closed lid and spell proof cups 5. Cleaning & Deposit Deduction  If deep cleaning is required due to spills, sauce, or stains on fabric or surfaces, a $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit.  Additional charges may apply if significant damage occurs.  As long as the space is left in good condition without major damage or heavy /deep cleaning needs, we will issue a full refund of your deposit 6. Event Duration  Each booking includes a total of 4 hours, which includes setup and cleanup time.  Please plan accordingly to ensure the space is returned to its original condition within the allotted time.
